The B2B customer journey from visitor, to lead ,to customer, to promoter, is often broken down into four steps: attract, convert, close, and delight.

Typically, the top of the sales funnel for online business focuses on generating relevant organic traffic. While content marketing is the best way to increase your organic search traffic, its results are far from instantaneous.
